We offer flexible personal training to a wide range of clientele. Young or old, fit or unfit, we can help. We sit down with you and get the best idea of what your goals are. Then we strategise the best possible way in which to achieve it. How long you train with us is entirely up to you. We regularly use objective measures which provide evidence to make sure that we remain on track. Please note that with personal training we will do everything within our control to encourage and motivate you along your journey. Once we get the ball rolling, we put you on a journey where we promise we will put you against the right amount of pressure to turn you from a rock to a diamond.
