These terms apply when you use mbglive.co.uk or buy products from MBGLIVE. They should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Delivery & Return Policy.

Products and availability

We aim to describe and display our products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly between screens and photography. Product availability may change without notice. Where a product is unavailable, any “Notify Me” or back-in-stock feature records interest but does not reserve stock or guarantee future availability.

Prices and payment

Prices shown on the store are in the currency presented at checkout and include applicable taxes where required. Delivery charges are shown before you complete your order. Payment must be authorised before an order can be accepted.

Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order where there is a pricing or stock error, suspected fraud, payment failure, delivery restriction or other reasonable operational issue. If we cancel after taking payment, we will refund the amount due.

Delivery

UK Standard Delivery is £4.65, with free UK Standard Delivery on orders of £100 or more. International Delivery is £20.20. Current delivery estimates and further details are set out in our Delivery & Return Policy and at checkout.

Cancellations, returns and faulty goods

Your cancellation and return rights are set out in our Refund Policy and Delivery & Return Policy. Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights, including rights relating to goods that are faulty, not as described or not of satisfactory quality.

Promotions and discount codes

Promotions may be subject to additional terms, end dates, product exclusions, minimum spend or usage limits. Unless we state otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined and have no cash value.

Accounts and acceptable use

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for information submitted through your account. You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with site security, introduce malicious code, scrape the site in a way that disrupts service, or use the site for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the site content, branding, photography, graphics, text and other materials are owned by or licensed to MBGLIVE and may not be copied or commercially exploited without permission, except where the law allows.

Third-party services

Our store may use or link to third-party services including Shopify, payment providers, Klaviyo and delivery carriers. Their own terms and privacy notices may apply to services they provide directly.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made, or for business losses suffered by consumers.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
