International Delivery — £20.20
Estimated delivery: 14–18 working days.

Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather or other circumstances outside our control. Where tracking is available, we will send it to the email address used at checkout.

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at info@mbglive.co.uk. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after dispatch.

For international orders, local import duties, taxes or customs charges may apply. Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & cancellations

If you are a UK consumer buying online, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. After telling us you wish to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

To start a return, email info@mbglive.co.uk with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide return instructions.

You may inspect and try on clothing as you reasonably would in a shop. Items should be returned clean, unworn beyond that inspection, and with original tags and packaging where reasonably possible. If handling goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and fit of the item, we may make a lawful deduction for any reduction in value.

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return postage. We recommend using a tracked service. If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us and we will arrange an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs where required.

Once we receive the returned goods, or you provide evidence that you have sent them back where applicable, we will process any refund due within 14 days. Refunds are made to the original payment method.

If you cancel the whole order, we will also refund the cost of our standard delivery option. Any extra amount paid for an upgraded or premium delivery service is not refundable beyond the standard delivery cost.

Some statutory cancellation exceptions may apply to goods such as personalised items or sealed hygiene-sensitive goods once unsealed. This does not affect your rights where goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet your legal rights.
