Bring workout gear (trainers, joggers, t-shirt) that you are comfortable
exercising in as we may conduct some measurable data collection which
will be used to track your progress throughout our programme.
Typically this will last 60 minutes. First we will carry out a thorough
10-15 minute warm up of pulse raisers, mobility and stretching. Then 40 minutes
workout time which us tailored for all our clients. Lastly we will finish with
a 5-10 minute cool down with maintenance stretches.
